Recap
CSM Oradea faces a tough test in the FIBA Europe Cup. They will face Mykonos, the leader of Group H in a match that could play an important role in determining the group’s standings.
Before the fifth round match, the team from Bihor is in second place, with three wins and one loss. On the other hand, the Greek team has a perfect record, with four wins from as many matches and leads the standings.
Mykonos is coached by Evangelos Ziagkos and features six American and nine local players. Among the main players of the team are Jermaine Love, DJ Funderburk, Tyree Appleby and Elijah Childs.
The trip to Greece, however, comes with squad problems for the Bihor team. Coach Mikko Riipinen is not part of the delegation due to a health problem and Kristopher Richard (15.8 ppg, 2.3 rpg, 2.3 apg) will be absent for personal reasons.
