Vis Pesaro have been forced into action after a disastrous opening to the campaign. Conceding 15 goals across their first six rounds has highlighted serious defensive problems, prompting the club to return to the transfer market and sign experienced goalkeeper Alfred Gomis in an attempt to bring greater stability and leadership to the back line.
The situation remains difficult, as Vis Pesaro sit at the bottom of the table with a 0-1-5 record and have lost their last four matches. Coach Gennari will also have to cope with several absences: Barranco (5/0), Rigione (3/0), Tavernaro (2/0) and Dell’Aquila (2/0), while captain Di Paola (6/0) remains doubtful.
Guidonia have suffered just one defeat in their opening six matches, posting a 2-3-1 record. Their momentum has stalled somewhat with three consecutive draws, but this matchup offers them an excellent opportunity to turn those draws into a return to winning ways.
