Recap
In the final round of the NB I League, already relegated DVTK host Paks behind closed doors.
While DVTK have nothing left to fight for after relegation, Paks still have strong motivation as a bronze medal remains possible if they match or improve on the results of DVSC and ZTE.
Coach Péter Takács has recently fielded an extremely young lineup and confirmed that the same approach will continue today. At least five youngsters are expected to play the full 90 minutes, while six or even seven young players could start from the first minute.
DVTK are also dealing with massive squad problems, with up to 9 players unavailable:
❌ Sentic (28/0)
❌ Šaponjić (17/3)
❌ Roguljić (15/1)
❌ Demeter (14/1)
❌ Mucsányi (13/1)
❌ Kecskés (12/0)
❌ Croizet (11/1)
❌ Ambrose (6/0)
❌ Kastrati (6/0)
With experience missing, motivation low and Paks still chasing a European finish, the visitors clearly enter this match with much stronger competitive pressure.
